Help Us Stage & Grow The National Cricket Inclusion Championships

2022/23 Raffle Launching in November 2022

Taverners drive all-abilities cricket in local communities, raising more than $10 million over last 37 years.

Proceeds from this raffle will support deaf, blind and intellectually impaired cricketers to compete in the NCIC.

Teams from all States and Territories compete in the week long carnival for the chance to win their division. Women have historically played within the men’s teams, but now full women’s teams compete.

Housing, feeding, transporting and providing care for participants and their support staff costs significantly more than mainstream cricket teams.

The championships cost about $400,000 pa to run. Taverners has provided substantial support, donating $340,000 over the last four years. Many participants are on some form of support payment. We believe players shouldn’t miss out due to financial reasons.

We need your help to increase support and ensure the NCIC continues and grows!

Cricket Australia runs the carnival as a precursor to selection into National teams that wear official CA uniforms. Players are immensely proud to represent their States, Territories and some their Country.

Raffle 2023 Terms and Conditions

  • The draw will be held on 7 March 2023 at 7.30 pm at 70 Iris Road, Glen Iris 3146
  • Winners will be notified using the details provided on the ticket butt or the electronic registration information provided
  • Winners will be detailed on the Taverners website www.taverners.org.au from 9 March 2023
  • If any prize is unclaimed after 30 days, the a redraw will occur at the same address and time as above on 7 April 2023
  • The raffle commences 1 November 2022 and concludes at midnight on 28 February 2023
  • The raffle is open to all residents of Australia
  • The raffle tickets will be available both in paper form and electronically and can be obtained through the Taverners website www.taverners.org.au
  • Tickets are $5 each
  • A total of 33,500 may be sold
  • The promoter of the raffle is The Lords Taverners Australia National Office Inc ABN 57801370131

Prize Conditions

First Prize


  • Travel to London is from your nearest appropriate Capital city in Australia
  • International travel is provided by Qantas and is 2 X return Economy Class tickets
  • Internal flights within Australia (if required) are economy class
  • Prize does not include travel insurance, passport costs, nor travel between home and capital city airport in Australia
  • Local travel and accommodation within England is not included
  • The tickets to the Lord's Test are for two people and for days 1, 2 and 3
  • Flights are subject to availability
  • The tickets to Lord's may not be exchanged for cash and may not be sold. If they are not required, then they should be returned to the promoter. No compensation is payable.

Second Prize

  • Value of goods is based on retail price including GST.
